Possible Turnaways:

The collection includes 8 copies (or concurrent seats) for each title. It is possible (though not likely) that all copies of a particular title will be in use at any given time. In that case, the 9th user will receive an “all copies in use” message and be given the opportunity to receive notification, by email, when a copy is available.

Promoting Your eBooks:

EBSCO offers promotional resources to help you promote your new eBook Collection.

Training Sessions:

EBSCO offers live, no-cost Web sessions dedicated to the success of your eBook collections. Visit EBSCO's training schedule for more information.

You can also visit the EBSCO tutorials page for online tutorials.

Additional Help:

Information about using the eBooks can be found by clicking the “Help” link in the upper right corner of the Career eBook Collection homepage. A personalized “My EBSCOhost” user account can be set-up via the “Sign In” link, also found in the upper right corner of the homepage.
